I always love snacking on crackers and dips. I mainly opt for hummus but today I felt like something a bit different. I had some kale and avocado at home so I thought I would experiment. The result was very refreshing and tasty!
- About 1 cereal bowl full of kale
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove of garlic
- The juice of half a lemon
- 100g of pecans
- A glug of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper (I recommend a generous amount of black pepper) to taste
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy. You may want to add a tiny bit of water to achieve a creamier consistency.
Serve with any crackers, crisps, chips or bread of your choice…
